Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders placed with Manifest369Apparel are processed and shipped from our Printful facility. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are set at a flat rate and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping. You can view the estimated delivery dates and costs during the checkout process.

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost during transit, please submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

If your package remains unclaimed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, it will be returned to us and donated to charity.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods such as face masks cannot be returned. Any returned orders containing face masks will not be reshipped and will be disposed of appropriately.

Return & Exchange Policy

Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except under the following conditions outlined below.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your product. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense. To file a claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and photos of the issue.

Reporting Issues

If you or your customers notice any issues with the products or your order, please submit a problem report as soon as possible to ensure prompt resolution.

Return Address

All returns should be sent to the return address provided in your return instructions. Once we receive your returned shipment, you will receive an automated email notification confirming the receipt.

Unclaimed Returns

Shipments that go unclaimed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date will be returned to our facility and donated to charity.

Buyer’s Remorse and Size Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. You will need to place a new order at your expense for the desired product or size.
